Fraser Yachts Announce Details of Several New Yachts for Sale

Fraser Yachts is pleased to announce details of several yachts available for sale this month.

ST TROPEZ, FRANCE, July 23, 2011 /Leisure and Recreation PR News/ -- Fraser Yachts is pleased to announce details of several yachts available for sale this month. Amongst these vessels are a number of brand new vessels including the 73.00m oceanographic superyacht, M/Y Pegaso and the 56.00m luxury sailing yacht S/Y Regina. There are also some real bargains including the 40.90m Latvian built M/Y Old Captain, which despite being only two years old is now available for less than $7,000,000.

Launched earlier this year from the Freire Shipyard in Vigo, Spain, M/Y Pegaso is a 73.00m (241'00") oceanographic superyacht, which is claimed by its builders to be the world's largest and most advanced private research vessel. Pegaso has a cruising speed of 17 knots and a range of 10,000 nautical miles and is able to accommodate 12 overnight guests as well as its 27 strong crew. Her asking price has been set at EUR85,000,000.

Also launched this year is the 56.00m (241'00") luxury sailing yacht S/Y Regina. Built by Med Yachts, Regina features the naval architecture of Ayberk Apaydin and the interior design of Aylin Ors. Served by a crew of 9, Regina is able to accommodate 12 overnight guests in her six private cabins. Her asking price has been set at EUR11,000.

Somewhat younger than her name suggests M/Y Old Captain is a 40.90m (134'00") luxury yacht built by and launched from Latvia Yard in Riga in 2009. Served by a crew of 10, Old Captain is able to accommodate 12 overnight guests in her six staterooms and is packed with a range of unusual features including a bandstand, casino and a sizeable indoor swimming pool. With her asking price reduced to just $6,900,000 M/Y Old Captain offers remarkable value for money and has the potential to pay for itself if made available for super yacht charter.

Also dating from 2009 is the 33.00m (108'00") M/Y Keep Cool from San Lorenzo. Featuring interior design by Delia Role, Keep Cool is able to accommodate 8 overnight guests served by a crew of 5. Powered by twin MTU Engines, M/Y Keep Cool has a top speed of 30 knots and is able to cruise at an equally impressive 26 knots, which makes her a good choice for those who like to cover long distances quickly. Her asking price has been set at EUR8,000,000.

Of a similar size is M/Y Quid Pro Quo is a 30.00m (99'00") displacement yacht from Benetti. With naval architecture by S. Righini and interiors by M. Sagbini Quid Pro Quo features two double bedrooms and three twin cabins and is able to accommodate 10 overnight guests served by a crew of 6. With her asking price set at just EUR6,900,000, M/Y Quid Pro Quo could represent a wise investment for an owner who is willing to make her available for luxury yacht charter as she has the potential to pay for herself in just a few months.

Fraser Yachts is a full service yachting company offering super yacht charter and mega yacht charter, luxury yacht sales and construction, as well as yacht management and crew-placement services.
